Simple Support
When you are on edge, stressed, in pain, or feeling stuck in negative emotion, take a moment and sit down. Relax. Begin to gently breathe in and out through your nose. Breathe in through your nose, and out through your nose. Get a rhythm going, this helps to calm you. You can close your eyes, or put them on something pleasing.
Be aware of what you are feeling and where you are holding it. Then, still breathing through your nose, use the breath and any colors that come to mind to help you release the non-coherent energy that you are holding onto. It might be that you sense you need green and purple. Breathe in one color on your inhalation and one out on your exhalation. Trust your intuition as to what colors you need, and which one needs to be on either side of the breath.
Just focus on the colors and breathing through your nose until you feel complete, lighter, calmer, or more relaxed. And then just breathe naturally. If you feel better and another emotion or pain reveals itself, repeat the process. If you feel it isn’t moving with this process or you find that you are chasing the pain or emotion, you may need to do a session to help.
Like letting go of the rope in a tug of war, it’s a quick and simple way to come back to your center, shift your energy higher, and to be in the present. Simple!
